The Book

The Barilla Pasta World Championship is an annual event promoted and organized by Barilla which sees internationally famous chefs face off against one another in the preparation of pasta dishes. The book collects the working philosophies and competition recipes
of several of the chefs who took part in the competition between 2012 and 2015. The layout and graphic design of the book takes
its inspiration from the company's industrial history – the challenges it has faced, its technical progress and its pride in being Italian – and evokes the atmosphere of a pasta workshop from the beginning of the 20th century: steel, iron and bronze dies and moulds.

24 × 32,5 cm / 9.5 x 12.7 in / 148 pages / soft cover with flaps + uv print +
embossing details / stitched binding paperback
