OBIC is a book which derived from an idea by Anna Paola Lo Presti and Gianluca Marziani, who saw in it the opportunity to communicate a new way of seeing recipes and art. Each dish and each recipe is ethically and aesthetically translated into the work of an artist.
To all intents and purposes, the project has all the characteristics of an art publication: large format and printed on high-quality paper, it gives generous space to the images, allowing the recipes to play the role of footnotes to the work.
